As for the weather, coastal destinations tend to be hot and humid but it’s not entirely unbearable. Though you will have to do some active planning around the rain showers that occur during the month.

October weather is generally hot in Mexico. However, there is a good amount of variation as well based on whether you’re inland or on the coastal side.

Places like the Yucatan Peninsula and Baja California have average temperature ranges of 70°F (21°C) and 90°F (32°C) on average. Whereas inland destinations like Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende have average temperatures between 54°F (12°C) and 76°F (24.5°C).
